WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I RECEIVE AN OFFER ON MY PROPERTY?
We will forward the offer to you (the vendors) and we negotiate on your behalf until the right price has been agreed with both parties. Once an offer has been accepted the property becomes SOLD S.T.C, and sale memorandums will then be sent out to the Vendor, Purchaser and both Solicitors.
A mortgage survey should be carried out within 2-3 weeks of a sale being achieved. The mortgage offer will then follow allowing the buyer to then proceed with the sale.
Solicitors will be paid “Search Fees” and exchange dates will then follow.
