We will then put together a sales information sheet with all the relevant information and images about your property which will need to be approved by yourself in-order to start sending them to prospective purchasers.

We offer our clients a NO SALE, NO FEE and NO CONTRACT service to market your property until sold. Our selling fees are negotiable and at this moment are not subject to VAT.

We will then commence marketing your property on various websites and in colour advertisements.
